Ingredients

20-30 mins
3-4 servings
  1. 1 cupBroccoli florets
  2. 1 cupBaby carrots
  3. 4Boneless Skinless Chicken thighs
  4. 1 cupDiced Onions
  5. 1/2 cupDiced Bell peppers
  6. 7-8Sweet peas
  7. 3 tbspSesame oil
  8. 4 tbspStirfry sauce
  9. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  10. 1 tbspBlack pepper
  11. 2 tspSalt
  12. 1 tbspTomato ketchup
  13. 2 tbspCorn starch
  14. 1 tbspWhite sesame seeds

Steps

20-30 mins
  1. 1

    Cut the chicken into small thin strips.

  2. 2

    Marinate the chicken pieces in cornstarch,pepper,soysauce and 1 tbsp stirfry sauce and salt for half an hour in the refrigerator.

  3. 3

    Keep the IP on sauté mode for 20 mins,heat 2 tbsp oil.

  4. 4

    Add minced garlic and the chicken pieces, stirfry untill its cooked for about 3 to 4 mins.

  5. 5

    Remove the chicken pieces from the inner pot and add the veggies(broccoli,crrots and sweet peas first) along with the remaining oil and stirfy untill soft for about 5 mins

  6. 6

    Now mix in the onions,bellpeppers and zucchini pieces and stirfry for another 2 mins

  7. 7

    Add in the chicken pieces along with the veggies and stifry.

  8. 8

    Add honey,and soysauce,ketchup,pepper and salt as needed.

  9. 9

    Continue cooking on sauté mode for another 4 mins.You can cover with a glass lid during this time.

  10. 10

    Once done, sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve hot with white rice.
