Heat oil in a large saute pan.

Add mushrooms and cook for 2-3 minutes on a medium to high heat.

Add onion, pepper and garlic and cook for further 3 minutes to soften all ingredients.

Add brandy and flambe on a high heat for further minute.

Add cream and paprika. Stir well to combine and cook on a medium heat for a further 3 minutes until a rich, creamy sauce is achieved.

Serve with plain or turmeric rice.
