Ingredients

2 cupWhite peaches
2 cupWater
1 cupCaster sugar
1/2 cupBlood orange juice

Steps

Place the peaches into a pot and add enough water to just cover. Simmer for 3 mintues. Remove skins, quarter, remove stone and puree the flesh.

Place the peach cooking water back on stove and add enough water to make 2 cups.

Add sugar and simmer for 10 minutes.

Allow to cool. Add peach puree and orange juice. Put in ice cream maker.
