3 tbspTaco Seasoning
1 cupRed Onion
1 cupOil

Cooking Instructions

lightly fry corn tortillas to make plyable

dice onion and caramelize
3

brown beef

add onions to meet and taco seasoning
5

spoon a tablespoon meat on to shell

roll tortilla tightly, put on baking pan

bake at 400°F for about 15 minutes until toasted. Season with salt when finished
