Ingredients

  1. 150 gramswhite toblerone chocolate
  2. 50 gramsbutter
  3. 2 tbspself raising flour or plain flour
  4. 1 tbspsilky tofu (egg substitute )
  5. 1 tbspalmond bits or slice
  6. garnish
  7. 1 tbspalmond slice and grated white toblerone chocolate

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    butter and flour ramekin

  2. 2

    melt white chocolate and butter with flour then add silky tofu and almond mix well till smooth then pour into the ramekin and bake

  3. 3

    baked at 220 C / 440°F for 12 to 15 minute , cover with foil after 5 minute if the top is browning too quickly

  4. 4

    let it cool minimum 3 to 5 minute then serve top grated white chocolate and almond slice
