  • 75 grmskhoya
  • 1 tbspoon sugar
  • 2 tbspoon nalen Gur(date palm jaggery)
  • 1 tbspoon rice flour
  • 8 piecesraisins

    Mash the chena and khoya and mix well

    Heat a pan and saute the mixture adding the rice flour

    Now add sugar and mix well

    Finally add nalen Gur and mix well till it starts to release the pan

    Switch off the fire and take small portions of the mixture to give desired shape
