Ingredients

  • 1 cupJaggery
  • 1/2 cupOats
  • as neededChopped dry fruits { almonds, cashwes, walnuts and melon seeds}
  • 1/4 cupChopped raisins and anjeer
  • 1 teaspoonHoney

Steps

  1. 1

    Roast the dry fruits.

  2. 2

    Roast oats.

  3. 3

    Now caramelize jaggery and add all the dry fruits, raisins and anjeer and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Now pour it on the gas platform and faltten it with the help of rolling pin,and cut it with the help of knife till it's hot.

  5. 5

    Serve once cooled.
