Lemon omena
It has a tangy and delicious sweet taste.
Steps

Select the omena, warm water then soak for 5 minutes. Rinse and put on a non stick pan.

Cook under low heat until all the water dries up then add the oil and fry for 7 minutes.

Add onions to the omena and continue cooking until the onions are cooked and the omena is crispy.

Add the garlic and cook for 2 minutes.

Then add tomatoes and hohos mix well then cover for 2 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft.

Add salt to your taste.

Squeeze the lemon and add the juice to the omena while mixing.

Finally add chopped Dania mix well and simmer for 1 minute.

Serve with ugali.
