Grilled Pork Ribs
Succulent pork ribs served on a bed of green salad
Steps

Mix sugar, water, soya sauce, worcestershire and all dry ingredients to make your marinade

Put ribs into clean plastic packet

Pour marinade into ribs and mix well. Put in the fridge for about 1 hour for marinade to penetrated

After an hour pour ribs and sauce into tray and insert into 150 deg preheated oven for 1 hour turning occasionally

Enjoy with fresh green vegetable leaves
