Carrot crocket
Being baked :-) They come out creamy inside!
Steps

Grate the onion and the carrots, squeeze extra liquids coming out from them.

Fry the onion at low-medium heat until transparent, then add in the carrots.

Once the veggies are soft, add the flour in the pan with them and cook another 5 minutes.

Take the mixture out of heat, add in the milk and mix until it turns slightly creamy.

Spread the mixture onto a sauce pan and cover with a plastic cover. The plastic must touch the mixture to void water condensing. Keep on fridge until completely cool.

Form small cylinders with the mixture and deep them in the beaten egg, the cover the shape with bread crumbs.

Finally either fry in oil or bake in oven (180 degrees) until golden brown.
