Ingredients

  • 2 tbspbroken wheat
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 1 tbspgur /jaggery
  • 2-3black pepper corns
  • 2 cupswater
  • pinchelachi powder

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pressure cooker, heat ghee.

  2. 2

    Add daliya and saute it till gloden brown.

  3. 3

    Add black pepper corns.

  4. 4

    Add water.

  5. 5

    Mix and give it a boil.

  6. 6

    Pressure cook it for 3 whistles.

  7. 7

    Allow it to cool.

  8. 8

    Transfer in a serving dish or bowl.

  9. 9

    Garnish with elachi powder.

  10. 10

    Serve hot.
