Ingredients

  1. 10medium russet potatoes sliced 1/16th inch rounds
  2. 1-2 Pintsheavy cream
  3. 1 poundfinally shredded gruerre cheese or Italian 5 cheese blend
  4. 1/4 stickgarlic herb butter
  5. 1/2 teaspoonfresh or dried thyme
  6. 1 teaspoonmrs. Dash original blend

Cooking Instructions

    Liberally grease a casserole or 1/2 sterno pan with garlic herb butter

  2. 2

    Create layers of potatoes heavy cream thyme mrs. Dash and cheese till casserole filled with last ingredient of cheese on top

  3. 3

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees for 15 mins.

    Put casserole in oven covered with foil for approximately an hour to an hour and a half until potatoes tender

  5. 5

    Remove foil cover and let top brown to taste.

  6. 6

    Remove from oven and serve as side dish to ham turkey or lamb
