This bread is so soft and yummy and sure to get you wanting more 😁

Pour the warm water into a mixing bowl, add the yeast then pour in the 1/2 cup of honey and stir well to mix

Add the bread flour and use a spatula to mix well. Then cover and leave to ferment for 1 hourfr

Add the extra 1 teaspoon honey and use a dough hook to mix for 2 minutes

Start adding the wheat flour as you mix with the dough hook of the stand mixer

When dough is less sticky and very stretchy, lightly grease a bowl with butter or vegetable oil and place dough in

Cover the bowl tightly using a cling film or thick kitchen towel and place in a warm place for 2 hours

Until the dough doubles in size. Then punch down and knead for 2 minutes

Place dough in a greased baking pan and cover with a cling film tightly

Leave for 45-50minutes until dough doubles in size

Place in preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. Or until it feel hollow when tapped gently on-top.

Remove from the oven and immediately glaze the top with melted butter
