  • 4 sprigsmint
  • 1onion or green onion
  • 1/4 cupfine bulgur
  • 1lemon
  • Pinchsalt
  • 1/4 cupolive oil
  • Pinchtabbouleh spices to taste

Steps

    Wash the vegetables thoroughly, then chop finely and place them in a bowl. Add the olive oil, salt, bulgur, and lemon juice. Mix well until combined.
