20 mlOlive oil
1.5 kgBone less chicken
200 mlBarbecue sauce
Salt and pepper
Parsley 1 bunch to garnish
Pineapple slices with juice

Steps

In a pan add olive oil,saute the chicken untill it golden
2

Add barbecue sauce over chicken then the pineapple with juice and give it time to simmer.

Take it in oven for 25-30 minutes (it's optional)

Serve with rice and garnish with freshly chopped parsley and enjoy the meal.
