Ingredients

15 portion
  1. 20 mlOlive oil
  2. 1.5 kgBone less chicken
  3. 200 mlBarbecue sauce
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. Parsley 1 bunch to garnish
  6. Pineapple slices with juice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add olive oil,saute the chicken untill it golden

  2. 2

    Add barbecue sauce over chicken then the pineapple with juice and give it time to simmer.

  3. 3

    Take it in oven for 25-30 minutes (it's optional)

  4. 4

    Serve with rice and garnish with freshly chopped parsley and enjoy the meal.
