
Twisted Peppeemint Brownie Bites

Cooking Instructions

preheat the oven to 350°F

Grease a mini muffin pan and completely line each with a small piece aluminum foil. Grease the foil when it's in the pan.

combine 4 tablespoons butter with 2oz chocolate; heat in microwave until chocolate melts. Stir until smooth. Cool.

Using an electic mixer, cream 4 tablespoons with sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs, one at a time, and beat well incorporated.

On slow speed, add vanilla and chocolate mixture.

Fold in flour

pour into prepared muffin tin and bake for about 30 to 35 minutes. Cool

Filling:

Beat cream cheese and gradually integrate the powder sugar then add peppermint and butter flavoring.

Put filling in pastry bag with a large fluted tip.

scoop out inside brownies with small melon baller or spoon

add peppermint filling,sprinkle with crushed red and white peppermint

Melt remaining 2oz chocolate and 2 tablespoons of butter in microwave and drizzle on top of each brownie bite
