In another bowl add water, oil, vanilla essence, vinegar, mix well. Mix wet mixture into dry mixture and mix it well

Heat apps pan, fill the mixture in the cavities, fill up to 3/4.Pour very little oil in the pan, cover the pan for 2 minutes.

Flip the balls and again pour very little oil in the pan. Cover the pan again and cook for 2 minutes

Brownie balls are ready to serve. Frazzle some chocolate syrup on it
