  1. 6Chicken Breast Portions
  2. 250 gramsShaved Black Forest Ham
  3. 3 cupShredded Mozarella Cheese or Swiss if you prefer
  4. 1 packagesShake and Back

Steps

    Spray small casserole baking dish with Pam

  2. 2

    Flatten chicken breasts slightly using a meat mallet

  3. 3

    Empty package of Shake and Bake onto a plate

  4. 4

    Coat one side of each chicken breast with Shake and Bake. Place 3 pieces of chicken, Shake and Bake side down, in a small casserole dish

  5. 5

    Arrange ham on top of chicken breast. Cover with cheese.

  6. 6

    Arrange remaining chicken breast on top of cheese, Shake and Bake side up.

  7. 7

    Cover and place in 400° oven for 40 minutes. Remove lid and put under broiler until top layer is slightly crispy.

  8. 8

    Cut into pieces, serve and enjoy.
