Blend the meat just onces,add chop garlic and onion and mix together.

Season one egg yolk with salt and pepper and mix everything together.

Sharp the mixture into 6 equal shaped size balls using your hands.

Press the balls down to make flat burger shapes.about 1/2inch thick.

Arrange the burger in a plate,cover with plastic wrap,chill for 30mins to make the burger easier to cook.

Wash the lettuce and fresh tomatoes,half the burger buns then thinly slice the fresh tomatoes.mix up with the mayonise

Onces the burger are cooked,place inside the buns with the toppings.
