Ingredients

3 servings
  • 4milk cups of rice
  • 1/2kilo of meat
  • 2fishes (iced)
  • 10fingers of carrots
  • 4 cubeschicken knor cubes
  • 4 sachetsgino curry
  • to tastesalt
  • 1/2milk cup of Turkey oil
  • 2large onions
  • 4large green peppers
  • 2milk cup ful of green peas
  • 2 handfulsgreen beans
  • 6medium sized fresh pepper

  1. 1

    Parboil rice, till it softens a bit. Set aside

  2. 2

    Dice all the vegetables and set aside

  3. 3

    Cook your fish and meat, adding salt onion and blended fresh pepper

  4. 4

    Set the stock aside, and parboil your rice

  5. 5

    Parboil for 20 minutes till it softens, wash the rice and set aside...

  6. 6

    Dice your vegetables, and Fry adding curry powder

  7. 7

    Fry for 10mins.

  8. 8

    Pour the fried vegetables into the rice and stir very well.

  9. 9

    Add the stock to the rice and allow for 5mins

  10. 10

    Serve hot and enjoy
