Steps

First dry roast the seesam seeds and keep a side.

Now take a pan add ghee when ghee is melted then add jaggery and continusly stir it.

When jaggery is completely melted then add roasted seesam seeds and chopped dry fruits and give it a good mix.

Cook it in another 2 minutes.after 2 minutes switch off the flame.

Now apply littile bit of ghee in your kitchen surface greej it.now pour this mixture top some chopped dry fruits start roll it.when it's turned like a papad then stop rolling and cool it completely.

After cooldown this papdi take a help of knife unmold this and store it air tight container. Enjoy
