First of all soaked basmati rice for 30 min

Then chopped all the vegetables like potatoes, cauliflower, beans and peas

Then chopped tomato onion carrot and capsicum

Heat the cooker or deep pan add oil then add cumin seed and tez pata

Then add onion fry until golden brown you can add garlic ginger paste (optinal)

Then add tomato and carrot

Then add turmeric red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala

Then add biryani masala

Then mix it well together

Add vegetables like potato,cauliflower,bean green peas,green chilli and capsicum and then mix it well

Then add water 700-800 ml come to boil

Then add soaked basmati rice

Mix it well add salt

Close the lid for 12-15 min in slow flame

Vegetables pulao is ready ready
