Ingredients

  1. 500 gmbasmast rice
  2. 1 cupCauliflower chopped
  3. 1 cupPotato chopped
  4. 2-3Tomato chopped
  5. 2big Onion chopped in long slice
  6. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  7. 1/2 cupCarrot chopped
  8. 1/2 cupCapsicum chopped
  9. 1 cupGreen peas
  10. 1/2 cupBeans
  11. 1 tspCumin seed
  12. 1 tspginger paste (optional)
  13. 1 tspgarlic paste (optional)
  14. 1 tbspPav bhaji masala
  15. 1 tbspBiryani masala
  16. 2 pieceTez patta
  17. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  18. 1 tspTurmeric
  19. 3-4 tbspOil
  20. 3-4Green chilli
  21. Salt as per required

Steps

60-70 min
  1. 1

    First of all soaked basmati rice for 30 min

    Then chopped all the vegetables like potatoes, cauliflower, beans and peas

    Then chopped tomato onion carrot and capsicum

    Heat the cooker or deep pan add oil then add cumin seed and tez pata

    Then add onion fry until golden brown you can add garlic ginger paste (optinal)

    Then add tomato and carrot

    Then add turmeric red chilli powder and pav bhaji masala

    Then mix it well together

    Add vegetables like potato,cauliflower,bean green peas,green chilli and capsicum and then mix it well

    Then add water 700-800 ml come to boil

    Then add soaked basmati rice

    Mix it well add salt

    Close the lid for 12-15 min in slow flame
