Chopped all veggies like onion, tomato, potato, brinjal, Green chilli and garlic

Heat the oil in a kadai add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed we add chopped garlic,onion fry until golden brown then add chopped green chillies and chopped tomato saute till tomato get soft and pulpy

Green chilli you can increase or decrease as per your taste

Then add chopped potato and brinjal fry for 2-3 min continuously

Then add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt to taste then mix all ingredients together fry for 1 min

Then add water close with lead

Cook till vegetables cook properly and reduce the gravy depends upon you how much you want thick gravy

Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves

Enjoy with rice and chapati
