2 lbground turkey
2 canTexas style beans (Bush's Texas ranchero)
1 tbspground cumin
1 tsppaprika
1 canMexican style corn, drained
1 cupminced cremini mushrooms
1/2 cupcilantro
1/2 cupreduced fat sour cream

in large pot over medium high heat, cook onions and peppers in oil 4 mins or until tender, stirring.

add turkey; cook 5 min our until browned. add next 4 ingredients. reduce heat to medium; simmer 20 min

add in paprika and ground cumin.

season with salt and pepper. top with sour cream. garnish with scallions and cheese.
