what you will need ...
2 cupflour
3 cupcorn muffin mix
1/2 tspsalt
2 cupwater
2 cupany cheese
frying veg oil
1cutting board with flour to help keep them from sticking

1 cupflour for rolling

mix dry ingredients

once mixed, add water then mix. if dough is to dry add water if to wet add more corn muffin mix. dough will come together into a soft ball .

heat oil in a frying pan to 350 deges

press dough in a press or floured hands, make them very thin..

for cheese, press flat, then in one side add any cheese you would like.. press closed with other side, then crimped. For plan ones just flatten .

fry in veg oil cook until golden brown. place on paper to take off some of the oil.

eat when done, they go with anything...
