Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1 cupmatar
  3. 1onion
  4. 1green chilli
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/4 tea spoonhaldi powder
  7. 1/2lemon juice
  8. 2 cupwater
  9. 1/4 tea spoonjeera
  10. as neededBay leaves and badi ilichi

Steps

  1. 1

    Cookar main ghee melt karein.jeera add karein. Bay leaves aur badi ilichi mix karein.

  2. 2

    Chhoped onion sauté karein. Matar aur rice add karein. Add water.

    Salt haldi Aur lemon juice add karein.

  4. 4

    After 2 whistle off the flame.
