Ingredients

1 bowlfinely chopped methi
1/2 bowlboiled mashed aalluu
as tasteSalt
1/2 tspn red chiillii powder
1/4 tspn amchur powder
1/2 tspn garam masala
1onion finely chopped
as neededAtta kneaded already
2 bowlsMalai to make butter
1/2 glasswarm water
as requiredOil

Mix all these ingredients properly

Make a small ball of kneaded ataa and put 2 spoons of above stuffing and make pratha...

For white butter put malai in the grinder and add 1 /2 glass of warm water grind it for some time...butter will come out of malai....just check in between..
