Allo ko without peel kiye cut kar wash ke le.

Methi ko bhi chop ke wash ke le.

Spring onion and garlic chop them.

Mustard oil smoke ke pehle allo dal kar golden brown kar spring onion and garlic dale phir methi,green chilli,salt and haldi dal kar slow heat par cookkar serve karein.
