First rost the peanuts then remove the skin then grind it .dont make fine powder .keep like small crystal then add jaggery if you r peanut powder is 1cup then you take 3/4 cup jaggery .melt the jaggery then add peanut powder and once it cool down make small balls then cover with maida Dough .(take maida how much you want add some salt and oil then make a soft dough keep it for 1/2 an hour.)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 kgpeanut
  • 1/2 kgmaida
  • 1/4 kgjaggery
  • To tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a dough of maida.keepit for setting for 1/2 hour

  2. 2

    Fry peanuts and remove skin

  3. 3

    Make a powder of peanuts

  4. 4

    Add jaggery to pan.once it melt add peanut powder and turn of the gas

  5. 5

    Make small balls and take small quantity of maida dough and cover it

  6. 6

    Than using of rolling pin make a small roties than make shallow fry

  7. 7

    Then serve with hot ghee
