6Bread slices
to tasteSalt
1/4 cupCoriander leaves (finely chopped)
1 pinchBlack pepper powder
4 tablespoonsOil
1 teaspoonBoiled egg masala (sprinkler)

Steps

Take a bowl add egg whisk it well.

Add salt, black pepper powder, coriander leaves mix it well.

Cut the edges of bread then cut it into small pieces.

Take a pan add oil.

Dip the bread in egg mixture then sallow fry all the bread.

Sprinkle boiled egg masala.

Yummilicious egg masala bites is ready to serve.
