Add salt and turmeric powder coated the bananas. Allow them to rest for 5 mins.
Take a mixing bowl add all above Ingredients and mix all nicely.
Add water and make nice thick batter without any lumps.
The batter should be too thick nor too thin. It should be stick on bananas. - 2

Take kadhai along with oil and place on high heat. Once oil heat apply batter on banana slice and dip each slice into the hot oil. Deep fry until crisp and golden brown from both sides. - 3
Repeat the same with rest of bananas.
Use kitchen towel for removing excess oil from fritters.
Serve fritters as evening snacks with any type of sauces.
