Steps

In a cooker, heat the oil add the jeera, let it crack.

Add chillies and curry leaves, let them crack.

Add potatoes and all other ingredients except sabudana, and give a good mix.

Add 2 tbsp water, close the cooker,put the heat on and wait till 2 whistles.

Put heat off.

After 5 minutes, add sabudana, cover it and keep the heat on a and let it simmer for 2 minutes. Stir well.

Khichdi is done ready to serve.
