Boil daal by adding salt and turmeric.when it's boil add ghee in kadai and add cumin seeds heeng till crackle add chopped tomatoes and green chilli.add red chilli.add tadka to daal.

Chopped capsicum carrot cabbage peas wash all.add oil in kadai add heeng then chopped onion and ginger garlic saute add all chopped veggies.make fry till reduce now add all spices salt red chilli garam masala turmeric mix well garnish with coriander leaves.

Boil rice and strain with strainer.

Knead flour make roll and roast roti.

Cut sliced onion for salad.
