Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlarhar dal
  2. 2chopped tomatoes
  3. 1/2 tbspcumin seeds
  4. 1/2 tbspheeng
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. 1/2 tbspturmeric
  7. 1/2 tbspred chilli
  8. 2green chilli split
  9. For mix veg___ 1 chopped cabbage
  10. 2chopped carrot
  11. 2capsicum
  12. 1 bowlpeas
  13. 1chopped onion
  14. 1 tbspginger garlic minsed
  15. 2chopped tomatoes
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. 1/2 tbspgaram masala
  18. 1/2 tbspred chilli
  19. 1/2 tbspturmeric
  20. 1/2 tbspheeng
  21. For roti___ 1 bowl knead flour
  22. For salad __ 1 onion sliced
  23. 1 bowlrice

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil daal by adding salt and turmeric.when it's boil add ghee in kadai and add cumin seeds heeng till crackle add chopped tomatoes and green chilli.add red chilli.add tadka to daal.

    Chopped capsicum carrot cabbage peas wash all.add oil in kadai add heeng then chopped onion and ginger garlic saute add all chopped veggies.make fry till reduce now add all spices salt red chilli garam masala turmeric mix well garnish with coriander leaves.

    Boil rice and strain with strainer.

    Knead flour make roll and roast roti.

  5. 5

    Cut sliced onion for salad.
