Unripe Plantain Porridge

Story, Story, Story 😁😁😁 Growing up and be forced by Mummy to eat unripe plantain porridge wasn't a nice experience...But Mummy had to think of ways to make her kids like this meal so she started adding lots of fish and seafood until it became a favorite meal at home till date. Unripe plantain has alot of health benefits such as, but not limited to:
**Rich in high fiber, which helps fights cholesterol and aids digestion and circulation
**High Potassium, which helps reduces risk of high blood pressure and heart diseases
**Low sugar level, good for diabetics
**Increases libido and sexual performance especially for men and fights against ulcer etc

Now let's cook.....
Steps

Peel out the back of your plantain, wash, dice and place in a clean cooking pot
- 2
Add seasoning cubes, salt, diced onions, water to cover the top of the plantain, place on medium heat for 15mins
- 3
Next add in your crayfish, stir, add palm oil and washed smoked fish, cover pot, let it cook for 10mins

Taste for salt, add in pumpkin leaves, stir for ingredients to mix thoroughly, allow to simmer on low heat for 2mins.. Turn off heat and serve hot
