  1. 3 cupmashed potatoes
  2. 5 mediumboiled potatoes
  3. 2 cupsour cream
  4. 1 cupmozzerella
  5. 1 cupcheddar
  6. 1large
  7. 1 cupseasoning
  8. 1/4 cupbacon bits
  9. 1 largegreen pepper

Cooking Instructions

    preheat oven to 425

  2. 2

    put layer of mashed potatoes on bottom of casserole dish

  3. 3

    add pinch of seasoning

  4. 4

    layer sour cream on top of mashed potatoe layer

  5. 5

    pinch of seasoning

  6. 6

    layer on pepper and onions fried

  7. 7

    slice boiled potatoes and layer on top of onions and peppers

  8. 8

    layer with both cheeses

  9. 9

    add pinch of seasonings

  10. 10

    sprinkle bacon on top

  11. 11

    back in oven for 20minutes or till golden brown on top
