Ingredients

35 mins
  1. 5large Potatoes
  2. 4 tbspbutter
  3. 1/2 cupMilk
  4. 1/2 tbspOnion powder
  5. 1/2 tbspGarlic powder
  6. 1 tbspsalt
  7. 1 tbspblack pepper
  8. 100 gramsMozzarella cheese
  9. 1 tsphot pepper (optional)
  10. 2/3 cupcheddar cup cheese (cooked cheese)

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut potatoes to halves and boil in water (add some salt to water)

  2. 2

    Preheat oven to 200°c

  3. 3

    After the potaoes become mushy take them out of water and put in a pot

  4. 4

    Skin potatoes

  5. 5

    Use your muscles to mush the potaoes

  6. 6

    Add the above ingredients (save some cheese for decoration)

  7. 7

    Continue mushing till the mix become creamy the spread carefully in the pan (large one as those of cakes)

  8. 8

    Spread some mozzarella above it and the rest of the cheddar

  9. 9

    You can use hot dog slices or doritos for decoration

  10. 10

    Put in oven for about 20-25 mins
