Cut potatoes to halves and boil in water (add some salt to water)

Preheat oven to 200°c

After the potaoes become mushy take them out of water and put in a pot

Skin potatoes

Use your muscles to mush the potaoes

Add the above ingredients (save some cheese for decoration)

Continue mushing till the mix become creamy the spread carefully in the pan (large one as those of cakes)

Spread some mozzarella above it and the rest of the cheddar

You can use hot dog slices or doritos for decoration

Put in oven for about 20-25 mins
