  • 250 ggoat meat
  • Salt

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash goat meat

  2. 2

    Boil for 10 minutes without chopping

  3. 3

    Drain off excess water and start to roast the meat in each side

  4. 4

    Roast until golden brown each side.

  5. 5

    Remove from heat and cut into pieces. You can add salt.

  6. 6

    It's well served with Kachumbari and Ugali.
