3_4 servings

1/2 kg.boneless chicken
1 bowlcurd
2 tbspginger and garlic paste
to tasteSalt
1/2 tbspred colour
1lemon juice
Butter for roast

Wash chicken add curd salt ginger garlic lemon juice and red colour.marinate for 2 hr.

After 2 hrs.bake in oven for 20 mn.but I roast it on tawa by adding butter in low flame...ready to eat crunchy roasted chicken.

Serve with onions and chutney.
