Bread vegetable sandwich

Chop all vegetables & keep it aside. Heat two tsp butter in one pan. Make a chilli paste & add it to butter. Then add half chopped onion,& saute well. add half grated carrot, chopped half cabbage, & saute well. add chopped one tomato. & Saute well.(Keep half raw vegetables for toping). Add salt and tomato sauce and red chilli powder and mix it well. Off the gas stove and keep it aside.

Apply butter to bread. Heat tava roast bread slices both sides and keep it aside. Then put fried vegetables and raw vegetables on top of one bread slice and cover with one more bread slice.

Cut into half & serve
