clean the chicken thighs by removing theskin and make slits here and there.

in a large bowl mix all theabove ingredients to make a thick sauce. (except oil, chicken and onion )

now add the chicken and coat it well

add 2 tbsp oil and again coat the chicken well insidethe bowl.

let the chicken marinate for about 2 hrs

preheat oven to 400°F

in a baking tray place an aluminium foiland grease it and placethe chicken and bake it for 25 mins, turn the chicken and bake it for another 20min.

finally broil it for 1 min on high.

place the grill on stove

when hot pour a table spoon of oil for each thigh and saute a tbsp of chopped onion and place the chicken on top of it and roasted for just 30 to 40 sec and serve.

squeeze lime juice on top of the tandoori chicken and serve.
