
Aloo paratha with Cucumber raita

Steps

Sieve the flour with salt and then add ghee. Mix well.

Add water and make a semi-soft dough. Keep aside.

Mash the potatoes and keep aside.

Heat the ghee and add cumin seeds, onion. Fry for 2 minutes.

Add the green chillies and fry for 1 minute.

Add mashed potato, coriander and salt.

Cook for 1 minute and divide into 5 equal portions. Then keep aside.

Knead the dough and divide into 5 equal portions

Roll out 1 portion of the dough into a circle

place one portion of the prepared stuffing in the center of the dough circle

Bring together all the sides to the center and seal tightly

Roll out again into circle or square

Cook the paratha on a frying pan using ghee until both sides are golden brown

Make parathas with the remaining dough and stuffing the same way.

Mix all ingredients for raita in a bowl

Season with salt to taste

Chill raita and serve with hot parathas.
