on 2 plates put flour on 1and breadcrumbs on the other

in a bowl add the eggs and seasoningand milk

heat stove on med low

dip steak in egg mix then in flour.then dip in egg again then breadcrumbs. Repeat tell done

put 1 steak at a time cook for about 2 -3 minutes on each side .
