Ingredients

  • Sweet Wings
  • 3/4 cupCoca Cola
  • 1/4 cupSoy Sauce (can use reduced sodium)
  • 1/4 cupBrown Sugar
  • 1 tspMinced Garlic
  • 1/4 tspPepper
  • 1 tspPaprika
  • 2 tspBasalmic Vinegar
  • 1 tbspMustard
  • 1/4 tspCheyenne Pepper (optional, for those who like some heat:)
  • 10Chicken Wings cut at joint

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre-Heat oven to 350°

  2. 2

    In a small saucepan, whisk together all ingredients at medium heat, to a slow boil, stirring occasionally. 20 minutes.

  3. 3

    Lay wing pieces in shallow baking dish lined with foil or well oiled.

  4. 4

    Pour sauce over wings and turn to coat. Cover and bake in oven for 20 to 30 minutes.

  5. 5

    I also like to fry up my wings before saucing and baking. Have also used breasts...slice onions and place over top of wings before baking is good also...
