add the 2cups of chicken broth to a pot and let it start to boil

in a skillet cook the tofu and add part of the ground ginger and soy sauce to the skillet while cooking

cook until the soy sauce had been absorbed into the tofu

slice up the mushrooms and green onions and add it to the boiling chicken broth
- 5
add the rest of the ginger and soy sauce to the boiling broth as well

after two minutes add the tofu to the broth and turn it down to a simmer

allow it to simmer for five minutes to eight minutes depending on how soft you want your vegetables and tofu

It's done!!!! Grab a bowl and enjoy!!
