cut potatoes into bite size chunks

cook until tender. you can steam, boil, or bake. be sure not to overcook

in saucepan, melt butter and cream cheese together. add seasoning. add to potatoes and toss to coat.

if preparing ahead of time, do not add sauce yet , as it will separate if left sitting and will need whisked again.
