4 headSpring onions
1 bunchGarlic

1Salt to taste

Peel and finely chop garlic into pieces

Chop spring onions finely

Heat oil in a wok and add garlic once hot

Cook garlic until crispy

Add spring onions and stir for a minute over high flame

Add salt

Add rice, mix well (gently) and cook with lid on for 2 minutes
