preheat oven to 350°

trim fat off of chicken and cut length wise. making 4 thinner chicken breasts

mix lemon pepper, onion, and garlic seasonings

take 13x9 baking dish (pirex) etc and spray with pam or grease

coat chicken in seasoning on all sides

place chicken in baking dish and place in oven

bake atleast 30 to 40 min usually less, depending on stove. my oven takes maybe 30 min

once finished let sit a few minutes, then cut. i served mine with fresh veggies and herb and butter mashed potatoes chicken was zezty and juicy!
