2 oztomatoes
2 ozsundried tomatoes
2 ozgarlic butter
1/2 ozflour
4 tspwhite wine
1/3 cupchicken stock
1 dashlemon juice
2 1/2 ozheavy cream
1 pinchsalt & pepper to taste

pre heat oil on a sauteed pan. when hot add both tomatoes. sauteed till soft.

add garlic butter then flour stir for a few seconds

add wine. mix till make a rout

add lemon juice, chicken stock , and heavy cream

heat till sauce thickness desire.

salt & pepper to taste.
