Ingredients

  1. 1/2 ozolive oil
  2. 2 oztomatoes
  3. 2 ozsundried tomatoes
  4. 2 ozgarlic butter
  5. 1/2 ozflour
  6. 4 tspwhite wine
  7. 1/3 cupchicken stock
  8. 1 dashlemon juice
  9. 2 1/2 ozheavy cream
  10. 1 pinchsalt & pepper to taste

  1. 1

    pre heat oil on a sauteed pan. when hot add both tomatoes. sauteed till soft.

  2. 2

    add garlic butter then flour stir for a few seconds

  3. 3

    add wine. mix till make a rout

  4. 4

    add lemon juice, chicken stock , and heavy cream

  5. 5

    heat till sauce thickness desire.

  6. 6

    salt & pepper to taste.
