chop chicken breast into small bite sizes and place into saucepan with a little bit of oil

chop up tomatoe with green chile serranos and onions

place chopped vegetables into another small saucepan and also fry on low heat woth a tad bit of oil. fry until tomatoes looses shape and becomes saucy

then when the chicken is done frying; pour vegetables with the chicken and add the the whole 2 cups of crema
- 5
last just add the tablespoon of pepper and a pinch of salt to your taste.
