Steps

finely chop the onions, corriander n green chillies separately. And beat the eggs

in a pan heat 1 tablespoon of olive or vegetable oil n add the onions in it. fry them until they have become softened, add 1 teaspoon each of ginger n garlic paste n fry for another minute or so until the smell of garlic is gone

add the salt, green chillies n red chilli powder at this stage n fry for half a minute

now slowly add the beaten eggs into the onion mixture while constantly stirring the mixture. wait for the eggs to get cooked
- 5
garnish with chopped corriander leaves n serve hot. (u can also grate some cheese over the mixture to get a cheesy taste)
